If you want to Change Application UI/Theme of Solidworks.
You have to follow some steps.
Step1- Open Settings of Solidworks.
Step2- go in System Options
Step3-Go in Colors.
Step4- Change the Selection of Interface Brightness ( Select- Dark )
Select O.K
