By two Ways you Can change dimension in Drawing in SolidWorks without change into 3D model.
1st:-
*Select dimension which you want to change and in left dialog box check the Override value,here you can put value which you want to show in drawing.
2nd:-
*Select dimension which you want to change-> in left dialog box-> Dimension text box->enter the value which you want to show in drawing.
