How to make 3D Pdf by SolidWorks

Hello friends,
This is for making 3d PDF by solidworks from 3d part.

1st-go on File->Save as

2nd- Select file location for save.
3rd- change saving format to save file to PDF.

4th- by selecting PDF we got a option for 3d PDF.

5th- Select 3d PDF then Save.

Open 3d pdf.->

Here we have some options for rotate,move & pan etc.

Also for Change views and view style.

Change Scale in SolidWorks Drawing

Hello Friends,
In this topic we will discuss about scale used in solidworks drawings.
Ex- We have a drawing with 2:1 scale.

1st- Select scale from Right bottom side.
For scale X:Y
If X>Y then size will increase
If X<Y then size will decrease.


Scale changed by Selecting 1:1.
Scale shows at right side bottom (Follow Below attached pic).

OR

2nd- Right Click on Sheet and select sheet properties.

3rd- You will get a box of propeties tab.
Change Scale as per your requirement -> Apply Change.

After Apply, Scale will update.

Change Scale of Selected View

*Select View which you want scale.
*Change Scale from Drawing view property.

A- Parents Scale-> it depends upon parents view of any view.
B- Sheet Scale-> it depends upon Sheet scale.
C- Custom Scale-> in this we can scale according to requirements.
     User Defined- In this we can enter manully scale for any view.

Ex- For Custom Scale-> User Defined.

Press OK and get Drawing view Updated.

Reset color setting in solidworks drawing

Hello friends,
In this post we will discuss about reset color to original/default settings.
 Ex- we have while color of paper used in solidworks drawing.

*Go to "Options"
* System options
* Color
* Reset to default settings.
*Ok

By following above simple steps, we can reset to default settings.

Change Background/Paper Color in SolidWorks Drawing

Hello friends,

  This blog for change color of sheet paper in solidworks drafting/drawing.
Follow some simple steps to change settings.

1st- Go on top for "Options".

2nd - Take "Color " Option from left side settings (system options).

3rd - Go at color scheme setting then select " Drawings,paper color" (by scroll down)

4th- Go at edit
It have preview also to show you the selected color.

5th-  Choose color from colors Option and select OK.

We can see in preview, the color has been changed.
6th- Select OK.

By following above steps, you can easily change the color of paper sheet used in solidworks drawings.
